The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases resulting from an order for products offered for sale on the website Online offers are only valid when they are visible and can be honourably delivered.

DiGia GmbH, owner of the site declines all responsibility for any errors or omissions related to the images or illustrations presented on the site.

Registration in the online shop is reserved for persons with the capacity to perform legal acts. The data required for registration must be complete and true. Each customer is responsible for keeping his data up to date.



Orders placed on this site are expressed only in Swiss francs (including VAT). DiGia GmbH reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the prices charged to the customer are those in force at the date of the online order and which appear on the order confirmation or invoice.

The prices published online constitute an offer. However, this is always subject to the (resolutive) condition that the delivery of the service or the completion of the online order in question is possible or that the price indicated is free of error.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places the order online. The receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer by an e-mail sent to the address provided by the customer. The email confirming the order does not constitute a guarantee of availability. It only indicates to the customer that DiGia GmbH has received the order and that the contract has been concluded, provided that the delivery of the products is possible.

The completion of the order by DiGia GmbH implies that the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale in their entirety, to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions. The conditions governing the sale directly from DiGia GmbH, orders placed without using the Website are not applicable to orders made on the Website.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse a customer's order.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed.

The primary objective of the operation/use of the site is to do everything possible to deliver all the ordered products in an irreproachable quality. However, in some exceptional cases, it can happen that, for various reasons, a product is no longer available in the required quantities or that it cannot be delivered. If products are not available at the time of delivery, they will not be sent at later date or replaced by other products. The quantity of products actually delivered is shown on the receipt.

In the event of shortages or reduced quantities, the customer has no right to compensation or damages. If an invoiced item cannot be delivered, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer. There is no redelivery and the customer has no claim for damages.



4.1. Delivery of the goods

The goods shall be delivered directly to the address and person indicated by the customer or, in the case of a takeaway order, to the customer at the place of delivery of the purchased products concerned. In the case of delivery, the delivery is made to the door of the dwelling for private individuals and to the reception area for companies.


4.2 Delivery times and compliance with deadlines

Happy Bowl shall make every effort to meet delivery times. However, all indications of times provided by Happy Bowl are only indicative. Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order and do not entitle the customer to any compensation.


4.3. Delivery costs - Cancellation

The delivery costs are variable and stipulated on each order.


Cancellation of the delivery 

For reasons of quality and safety, Happy Bowl shall endeavour to deliver the goods to the customer personally. If, for reasons beyond Happy Bowl's control (wrong delivery address, absence of the recipient, no access, bad weather or traffic, etc.), delivery is impossible or almost impossible, Happy Bowl shall be entitled to cancel the order. Any claim by the customer for compensation in kind or in damages is in this case entirely excluded.



5.1. Prices 

All prices are in Swiss francs, including the applicable VAT. The prices in force are those displayed on the website [] at the time of the order.


5.2. Methods of payment

There are several payment methods available in addition to cash. Happy Bowl reserves the right to decide which payment methods are accepted on a case by case basis. The possible methods of payment are indicated at the time of ordering. 

Liability in connection with the operation of electronic communication systems

Given the current state of technology and the network, data exchange via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free at all time. Happy Bowl cannot therefore guarantee permanent and uninterrupted availability of the online service and accepts no responsibility for any technical or computer errors that may occur during a sale or for any delays in the processing or receipt of orders.
